Days Inn by Wyndham Concord

I have been travelling for years and I can’t remember a more refreshing check in experience…PERIOD!!! I was met by one Prem P. Chaudhri with THE MOST WELCOMING smile and demeanor one could possibly hope for!!! He was engaging, personable but always quite professional…and what a sense of humor!!! I’m not sure I can even find the words to describe this VERY POSITIVE stay!!! I eventually had the GREAT pleasure of meeting Mr. Chaudhri’s beautiful wife. I can see why they are husband and wife as she was just as welcoming and engaging as her husband. Most hotel/motel check ins are about as exciting as watching paint dry, or grass grow, but I literally felt/feel that my life is sincerely better for having met these two wonderful hosts. Business required that I return for a second stay the following nite and since my room from the previous night was not available I was given a second, nearly identical room. While the rooms were unfortunately beat up a bit, both were quite comfortable and adequate for the price. I was pleasantly surprised to find actual eggs and sausage along with a well rounded collection of supporting breakfast fare (Not to mention the trademark Wyndham waffles!)!!! All in all, my most pleasant hospitality (from a personal service standpoint) experience ever!!! Thank you SO MUCH Mr. & Mrs. Chaudhri, and one day I hope to return with our agreed upon, (AND MOST DEFINITELY WELL DESERVED!!!) $500 tip!

This hotel is very nice and quiet. The rooms are beautiful. It feels like you're in your own apartment. Very comfortable cozy and peaceful the most comfortable bed I ever had in my life. I would recommend I stay here to anyone who likes peace and quiet when traveling

My son and I like to use night lights so rooms aren’t so dark because we use lights at night where we live. However hotels don’t typically have night lights so we usually have to get creative because I can never remember to bring any. But what I loved about this hotel was the dimmer lights. Dimmed it really low so it was barely on and not bright in our face but still enough so we could see. It was exactly what we needed and worked out great for us. Thank you.

Breakfast had good variety, and there was a dining room. I liked the kindness, rapid responses and solutions to any questions I had. Staff is very kind, attentive and treat you like family! Added another night to my stay and when checking out, they asked if I wanted yet another night; they gave me priority over new guests to claim my extra night!! I checked out, but that is an example of how they go out of their way to be thoughtful and ensure a wonderful and flexible stay! It isn't just a business or work for these owners. Such lovely people!
